All orders will be shipped within 5-8 Business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email. If you need something shipped sooner you will have to pay for expedited shipping. This option will be available at checkout. All standard shipping is free.
As we are just getting on our feet we do not currently accept returns. We hope this encourages you to select your items carefully to ensure you’ll love them.
However, if you have received any item damaged we will make an exception and issue you store credit. When you have returned said damaged item we will issue you a store credit to use. If you wish to replace that item with the same item (and we have stock) we will send you the new item no fee. You have 14 days from delivery of your item to message us and let us know if something is damaged and needs to be replaced.
We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you cannot apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
During the Exchange Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits. If an item is Ineligible for exchange and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Exchanges. All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts. Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website. Store Credit does not expire
We are unfortunately not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please inquire with your shipping carrier about any items that you suspect are lost or stolen.
